D-Trois-Pierres runs two ecological farms. They are the Cap-Saint-Jacques farm and the farm at Saint-Paul (Joliette). We are members of the Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) from Equiterre and all our products are certified biologically by Garantie Ecocert Canada. Our farms do not use any pesticides, chemical fertilizers or genitically modified organismes (GMO) and respect the environnement.
A huge variety of vegetables and fruits are producted annually and partners can buy a basket of varied vegetables and fruits every week for a period of 20 weeks, depending on the season. The partners may have to take a small financial risk for a given season or share benefits of a bountyful harvest, as we have no control over mother nature. It is a surprise basket which is distributed to everybody as per season. It is also possible to buy vegetables and fruits if you go to our respective farms.
As a partner of a local and ecological farm, you are in the process of encouraging the local economical developpment of your area and the protection of the environnement.
