The cafeteria is used as an ideal learning environment for the integration program participants. This environment allows the employees to learn about a multitude of food preparation techniques.
The cafeteria also offers food services to the employees of Boscoville 2000 and corporate groups:
- Continental breakfasts;
- Warm lunches served at the cafeteria and on the conference rooms;
- Catering services within Boscoville 2000;
- Warm diners;
- Meals served week-ends.
The cafeteria also serves as a pivot for preparing and canning the vegetables produced at the Cap-Saint-Jacques and St-Paul de Joliette campuses. The vegetables, and few fruits, are prepared into soups, jams and jarred goods. The jars of pickled beets, garlic flower pesto and strawberry rhubarb jams are sold at the General Store at the Cap-Saint-Jacques campus.
