The sugar shack opens weekends only as soon as the cross country ski and snowshoeing trails open and will close on the weekendn of april 14th 2013
It will be open during March break.
The hours are from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Each spring, we celebrate the sugaring off season. Each season, we will serve home made pea soup, plain crêpes or with ham and cheese served with manple syrup (from our very own production!), home made maple syrup pies and hot and cold drinks such as tea, coffee, hot chocolate and milk. We also offer delicious and ever-so-popular taffy on the snow. This activity as well as the sugaring off menu start the first weekend of March.
The tractor-drawn ride through the maple grove is an experience for the whole family. Hop on the ride at the farm, you will find tickets at the General Store. The sugar shack is also accessible on foot only a 20-30 minutes from the farm.
Carriage rides are offered to the public all year round on week-ends. Groups of 10 are necessary to run the activity.
Groups of 20 or more can reserve carriage rides during weekdays.
The carriage is drawn by tractor.
We are waiting for you!
