D-Trois-Pierres exploits the Cap-Saint-Jacques Nature Park Ecological Farm and the of St-Paul of Joliette Educational Farm. Both farms are members of the ASC (agriculture supported by the community) network at Equiterre and all the products are certified organic by Écocert Canada. The farms do not use pesticides, chemical fertilizers or genetically modified seeds, and work while taking care of the environment.
A variety of organic vegetables are produced annually. When becoming an ASC partner, you will receive a vegetable basket weekly over a period of 20 weeks. Your financial commitment is required for the entire season, therefore sharing the potential risks and benefits of the harvest. The content of the baskets are a surprise each week based on the vegetables in season. Purchasing organic vegetables is also possible at the General Store at the farm.

The 2010 season begins around the week of June 21st.
The Cap-Saint-Jacques Ecological Farm partners have the choice to pick their organic vegetables basket at one of the various pick up points. You are required to pick up your basket at the same pick up point for the entire season.
