The Cap St-Jacques Ecological farm welcomes 50 000 visitors each year. Although the farm is the property of The City of Montreal, it is administered by D-Trois-Pierres.
The farm is an ideal site for learning and developing skills for a social and professional integration programme. The young adults hired for within this programme have a variety of responsibilities related to the farm animals on site, the organic agricultural production, as well as general maintenance of the farm.

Agriculture / horticulture / maintenance
Admissibility criteria :
From 16 and 35 years old
Unemployed and not attending
Available for a period of 6 to 18 months
Having personal difficulties or difficulties finding and maintaining employment
Being motivated to integrate the job market
